To provide a safe, trauma-informed, and supportive environment where youth in crisis can stabilize, heal, and rediscover their strengths. Through compassionate care, skill-building, and individualized support, we empower young people to develop emotional resilience, make positive choices, and transition toward a healthy, independent future. Guided by the standards of the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, we are committed to fostering dignity, accountability, and a new way of living rooted in hope, connection, and lasting well-being.
Referral
The referral process involves receiving a request from a qualified provider or agency, reviewing the youth’s needs for eligibility and appropriateness, and coordinating timely admission into services in alignment with Wisconsin Department of Health Services guidelines.
Intake
Intake is the initial process of gathering comprehensive information about a youth’s needs, strengths, and history to determine appropriate services and develop a plan of care in accordance with Wisconsin Department of Health Services guidelines.
Evaluate and Provide Care
Evaluation includes developing an Individual Service Plan (ISP), collaborating with the therapist, and implementing a comprehensive care approach—including a crisis plan, rehabilitation and safety plans, and an individualized treatment plan—to support the youth’s stabilization and ongoing progress in alignment with Wisconsin Department of Health Services guidelines.
Recovery
The recovery process focuses on short-term stabilization through therapeutic support, skill-building, and structured care, with the goal of safely returning the youth home or to a less restrictive setting within 5–7 days as clinically appropriate, in alignment with Wisconsin Department of Health Services guidelines.
